Terms & Conditions kit4d – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and kit4d ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the kit4d website, accessible at https://kit4d.click, including all sub-domains, pages, features, services, and content available therein.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kit4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the kit4d platform.

Kit4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the kit4d platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. To register and use a kit4d account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. kit4d does not permit the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Malaysian residents: kit4d's services are intended for users in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing this platform from a location where doing so is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of your account balance.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kit4d account. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not a self-excluded person: You are not eligible to register if you are a kit4d employee, an immediate family member of a kit4d employee, or an individual subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order.

Kit4d reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting a copy of your identity card, passport, or other verification documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Your kit4d account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all financial transactions, bets placed, and bonus usage.

You are responsible for keeping your kit4d account password confidential. kit4d will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact kit4d customer support.

• Use a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not use the same password as your other accounts, such as your email or online banking.
• Do not log in to your kit4d account on public devices or over unsecured public Wi-Fi connections.
• Log out of your account after each session if you are using a shared device.

Kit4d is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs on your account before you report a loss of access to kit4d is considered activity authorised by you.

All financial transactions on the kit4d platform – including deposits and withdrawals – are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kit4d does not accept any foreign currency and does not charge currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit is RM20 for all methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Deposits are typically credited to your kit4d account balance in under one minute for e-wallet methods and under five minutes for FPX online banking.

For withdrawals, the minimum limit is RM50. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost) are processed in under three minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX or direct bank transfer are processed in under 30 minutes during normal operating hours.

Kit4d does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any attempt to deposit funds from an unauthorised source or third party may result in account freezing and further investigation.

Any transaction suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be frozen immediately while an investigation is carried out.

Kit4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, parlay bonuses, and poker rakeback. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

General conditions applicable to all kit4d bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover requirement: The welcome bonus requires a total wagering amount of 10 times the value of (deposit + bonus) before any withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements for other bonuses are explicitly stated in the respective bonus terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. You must complete the rollover requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Eligible markets: Sports betting rollover requirements are only fulfilled by bets placed on markets with minimum odds of 1.50. Bets placed at lower odds do not count toward the rollover. For casino and poker, all wagers count unless otherwise stated.
• One claim only: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, account, residential address, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus fraud.

Kit4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. kit4d's decisions regarding bonuses and promotions are final and binding.

This section outlines the specific rules for Sports Betting on the kit4d platform. These conditions apply to all types of sports bets, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, La Liga), badminton, tennis, cricket, e-sports, Formula 1, and all other available sports.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the kit4d system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been fully confirmed are not considered valid, even if the amount has already been deducted from your account balance.

Void bet policy: kit4d reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• Match postponed by more than 36 hours from the scheduled time
• A match is played at a different venue from the one originally scheduled without confirmation from the relevant sports authority
• Odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system error (priceable error)
• Bets placed after the actual match result is already known, in an unfair manner
• Any exceptional circumstance that, in kit4d's reasonable assessment, compromises the integrity of a bet

Live betting (in-play): For live betting, outcomes are based on the score and match conditions at the time the bet is accepted by the system, not when you submit it. Network delays may cause a difference between the odds you see and the odds received by the system.

Betting limits: kit4d sets maximum betting limits for each market based on the sport type, match profile, and other factors. Bets exceeding the set limit will be automatically rejected or accepted at the capped amount. kit4d reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

Live casino and poker games at kit4d are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified by third-party auditors for games that use digital cards. For live casino games with real dealers, outcomes are determined by physical cards or dice shown in real time via high-speed video camera.

Player responsibilities in casino and poker games:

• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing.
• If a disconnection occurs during an active poker hand or casino game, kit4d's system will apply the pre-set auto-fold or auto-stand protocol.
• Winnings or losses resulting from technical disruptions on the player's end will not be compensated by kit4d.
• The results of completed rounds are final and cannot be disputed

Collusion and fraud in poker: Any form of collusion between players, use of unauthorised third-party software (bots, prohibited external HUDs), discussing an active hand in public forums or through any other communication channel, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the game will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment method that is not registered in your own name
• Using the kit4d platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: bonus fraud through multiple accounts, hedging strategies that violate bonus terms, or colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the kit4d platform
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the kit4d technical infrastructure in any way
• Impersonating kit4d staff or any other member
• Spreading false or misleading information about kit4d to the public
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, or any form of match manipulation

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in appropriate disciplinary action, including account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities if criminal activity is detected.

Kit4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, conduct detrimental to other members, fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity, and requests from legal authorities.

Member rights during account suspension:

• Members are entitled to be informed of the reason for their account suspension via email or live chat
• If the suspension is due to verification requirements, the member has 14 calendar days to provide the requested documents.
• For suspensions arising from fraud investigations, no details regarding the nature of the investigation will be disclosed while the investigation is ongoing.
• If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, any legitimately earned balance (excluding disputed bonuses or winnings) will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to kit4d's assessment.

Members also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting kit4d customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method used, subject to any outstanding rollover requirements.

Kit4d provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, kit4d does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, kit4d shall not be liable for:

• Losses or missed winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service disruptions beyond kit4d's control
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential
• Losses resulting from the actions of third parties such as internet service providers or digital wallet providers
• Betting or game outcomes disputed by users based on personal beliefs about what the result "should" have been
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the kit4d platform

Kit4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or security obligations.

Your continued use of the kit4d platform after any amended terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the changes come into effect.

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the kit4d platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and kit4d will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
